Cheerleading Classes in Michigan
Champion Force Athletics is proud to offer a cheerleading program in Michigan. We’re dedicated to providing the highest quality youth cheerleading programs at the lowest possible cost to you. All coaches are trained by Champion Force and are properly certified.
Youth Cheerleading Classes for Ages 4 to 18
Our Cheer program is divided into divisions. Divisions 1-4 are perfect for beginner to intermediate athletes ages 4 to 18 years old. Athletes who are 7 and up may try out for divisions 5.4-7, which are equivalent to USAF Levels 2.1-4. Classes start at $10 a week for lower levels.
Athletes attend practice once a week where they learn the fundamentals of cheerleading from certified coaches. Each semester, teams learn and perform at least one full routine for parents and at competitions. These events aren’t mandatory for beginner and intermediate classes, but they are a lot of fun! State competitions are open to all levels and qualifying teams have the chance to compete at national events.

Meet Your Michigan State Director
Lisa Connor
My name is Lisa Connor, and I have been fortunate to be part of the Champion Force Athletics family for 20+ years, including 16 years on the corporate side. My CFA journey began as a head coach, and what started as a passion for coaching quickly grew into something much bigger. CFA has become an important part of my life, both personally and professionally.
Throughout my years with CFA, I have had the opportunity to grow as a leader, build meaningful relationships, and work alongside so many incredible coaches, athletes, and families. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to support others, help create positive experiences, and contribute to a program that makes such a lasting impact on young people.
What I love most about CFA is seeing the confidence that develops in our athletes. Watching them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, build friendships, and believe in themselves is incredibly rewarding. CFA has also played a huge role in my own growth and confidence over the years. It has taught me that some of the most meaningful moments come from simply showing up, encouraging others, and being part of something bigger than yourself.
To me, Champion Force Athletics is much more than a youth organization. It is a community and a family that has given me 20+ years of memories, friendships, growth, and countless reasons to be proud of the work we do.
Outside of CFA, my favorite place to be is with my family. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Michael, and our two boys, Memphis and Liam. We love being outdoors, making memories together, and taking our dachshund, Maize Blue, and our corgi, Arbor Blue, along for the adventure. Family, faith, and creating meaningful memories are at the heart of what matters most to me.
