Champion Force Athletics is proud to present X-Force. X-Force is a youth fitness program built for athletes to develop fundamental skills of movement including: coordination, agility, strength, endurance, and body awareness. Athletes will practice drills in running, jumping, throwing, kicking and activities that involve muscle development and strategy, which will prepare them for organized sports such as basketball, football, baseball, and more!
All athletes will have the opportunity to participate in special events including: clinics and X-Force Games. While CFA does not make special events mandatory, we feel these events are an instrumental tool in creating self-confidence, high self-esteem, and how to be competitive in a healthy environment. Coaches will hold try-outs each season prior to X-Force Games to evaluate skills, knowledge, and body awareness to determine which events athletes will compete in for their team.
In addition to promoting physical fitness, our instructors will also teach the importance of leading an active lifestyle outside of the classroom, as well as fostering a healthy and body-fueling diet.
Champion Force Athletics X-Force coaching staff are chosen on their love of being active as well as their passion for working with children. Our coaches are trained and mentored by the CFA staff, as well as credentialed in the following: Heads Up Concussion Training, First Aid, NFHS Protecting Students from Abuse.

- X-Force athletes practice weekly for 45 minutes
- Practice fees cost $8 per class and you can pay weekly
