Cheerleading Classes in Mississippi
Champion Force Athletics is proud to offer a cheerleading program in Mississippi. We’re dedicated to providing the highest quality youth cheerleading programs at the lowest possible cost to you. All coaches are trained by Champion Force and are properly certified.
Youth Cheerleading Classes for Ages 4 to 18
Our Cheer program is divided into divisions. Divisions 1-4 are perfect for beginner to intermediate athletes ages 4 to 18 years old. Athletes who are 7 and up may try out for divisions 5.4-7, which are equivalent to USAF Levels 2.1-4. Classes start at $10 a week for lower levels.
Athletes attend practice once a week where they learn the fundamentals of cheerleading from certified coaches. Each semester, teams learn and perform at least one full routine for parents and at competitions. These events aren’t mandatory for beginner and intermediate classes, but they are a lot of fun! State competitions are open to all levels and qualifying teams have the chance to compete at national events.

Meet Your Mississippi State Director
Amanda Barcus
Hi, I’m Amanda Barcus! My love for cheerleading began at just seven years old. At the time, I wanted to suit up and play football alongside my big brother, but my mom had other plans and encouraged me to try cheerleading instead. Looking back, I’m so grateful she did, because cheerleading gave me a confidence I had never experienced before.
I’ve been part of the Champion Force family since 2018, when I started as a Head Coach. I quickly fell in love with the program and the values it instills in athletes. Today, I am proud to serve as the Southern State Director and am passionate about the work I do here at Champion Force, helping athletes grow in confidence, teamwork, and character.
Outside of cheer, I’ve been married to my husband, Aaron, for nearly 20 years, and I’m a proud mom of three amazing children. In my free time, you can usually find me working on a DIY project or spending quality time with my extended family.
